- The contractor is to provide materials and labor for the remodel of the 2 nd Floor Women's Restroom located in the US Post Office and Federal Building, 400 South Clinton, Iowa City, Iowa. The work will include architectural, mechanical and electrical modifications required the completion of the project.. The contractor is to provide all materials not previously mentioned, labor, equipment, tools, management and supervision as required and needed for the completion of this project. The contract will have 60 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed to complete the project. Estimated cost is $0-$100,000. The contractor will be required to obtain a GSA security clearance for all individuals working on site. If you are interested in bidding this project respond by email no LATER THAN April 2, 2010, to kathy.routson@gsa.gov with your company name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number and DUNS number. You MUST state the Solicitation number of GS-06P-10-TN-C-0021. Proposal packages will be mailed to interested parties after that date. There will be a walk through of the project scheduled. The date will be noted in your proposal packet. All proposals submitted must allow 60 days for GSA acceptance. THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN AWARD. According to FAR 4.11 ALL contractors MUST be registered in Central Contractor Registration [CCR], www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certification [ORCA], https://orca.bpn.gov, before having their bid evaluated.
