- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with the Raytheon Company, 2501 W University Dr, Mckinney, TX for the acquisition of repair and upgrade services for the AN/AAS-52 Turreted System for image intensified sensors and eye safe laser range finders. This support includes new system development, product improvement, sustainment and repair services. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own technical data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses should reference N68335-10-R-0168.
