- An indefinite Delivery Order(IDPO)Solicitation, for Helmet Liner (Zetaliner)will be posted to DIBBS website. The dollar value of the IDPO may not exceed $100,000 for the total of all delivery orders issued during the ordering period of one year. This IDPO will expire at the end of one year or when $100,000 is reached, which ever comes first. Award will be made on an "all or nothing" basis. Prices quoted shall remain the same for the entire one year period. Quantities and destinations will be shipped FOB Destination with each order being a Direct Vendor Delivery. This is an unrestricted, Firm Fixed Price Contract and Lowest Price Technically exceptable will apply The anticipated Solicitation issuance date is March 25,2010.
