This solicitation is unrestricted. Full and Open Competition. IAW Drawing NR 80063 A3187238, dtd 09/20/06. Shipment locations are Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 93 EA and applies to the base year only. The estimated annual demand quantity is 372 EA. The maximum annual demand quantity is 744 EA. Subcontracting Plan is required. Progress payments are not applicable. There are no surge requirements.
