- F22 PGM CONSOLIDATED MUNITIONS MAINTENANCE @ HAFB, OTERO COUNTY NEW MEXICO. This acquisition is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), open to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. All other firms are deemed ineligible. NAICS code is 236210/SIC 1541, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. Plans will be issued on or about March 31, 2010 with bids due on or about April 22, 2010. This solicitation will not be issued on paper. Work consists of constructing a 1,347 SM munitions maintenance facility for the F22 weapons systems at the Munitions Storage Area on Holloman AFB. This project will provide six munitions maintenance bays to support the F-22 Raptor, a small administrative area for meetings, office, break, locker, toilet, training and support areas. This building is being constructed as a permanent facility with a life expectancy exceeding 25 years. This project will be advertised as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Proposed procurement will result in a firm fixed price contract.
