- Require five (5) month lease from 1 May 2010 to 30 September 2010 Four (4) two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom, fully furnished apartments Must have fully furnished kitchen facility in each apartment Telephone, TV services (cable/satellite) and internet service provided in each apartment and paid by lessor Off-duty berthing facilities will be structured to accomodate mixed-gender crews, since crew composition could be any combination of males and females, individual bedrooms and bathrooms are required Accomodations must be within a 5 mile radius of AIRFAC Muskegon (located at Muskegon County airport, 186 Sinclair Drive, Muskegon, MI 49441) SAR Requirement to meet the SAR response standard Minimum of 4 vehicle parking spots Lessor will pay all utilities Accomodations will be structurally sound (i.e. all floors will be level and non-sloping, staircases will not shake when being ascended/descended) All carpeting will be free of mold, stains and previous scents Walls/ceilings will be free of water, dirt, stains All appliances (kitchen, heating/cooling) will be in working order and free of defects All exterior walls will be clean and free of dirt, bird/animal/insect excrement All units/accomodations need to be in the immediate vicinity of each other, due to duty crew requirements and compostion Lessor mut be registered in Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to receive payment All payments will be made in arrears If you have any questions concerning the Statement of Work you can contact CWO Terry Sorenson at 586-239-6763
