- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9126G-10-T-0151, Baer Engneering and Environmental Consultant, as a Small Business 8(a) Sole Source Award. The Contractor shall furnish all services, materials, plant, labor, equipment, permits, supplies, superintendence, and travel, as required to conduct an Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Survey and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the Rotunda Property in Gatesville, TX. The period of performance shall be through 30 August 2010.
