- Intent to sole source In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, The VAMC in Washington DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Iris International, Inc. for IQ200 Spint System plus reagents-needed to perform urinalysis chemistry and microscopic testing under Federal Supply Schedule V797P-4736A. This is a notice of intent to not a request for competive proposals. It is not a solicitation for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than March 29, 2010@2pm, local time.
