- The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), intends to exercise an option on March 30, 2010, in the amount of $110,870.00 under CLIN 0003 of agreement HSHQPD-10-L-00001 with STV Construction, Inc. located at 205 West Welsh Drive in Douglassville, PA 19518 for the short-term lease of generator units at the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC). The initial sole source base award and any options are not set-asides. This notice is neither a Request for Proposals (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bids (IFB). No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries may be directed to Robert Marosz via e-mail at robert.marosz@dhs.gov no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, March 26, 2010.
