Quantity: 38 with 100% quantity option; This procurement is a 100% small business setaside. NAICS is 336413. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Government first article test, sample of 2 each applies. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available from the Government. Export control tech data package. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation (SPM4A109R0866) will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 4 April, 2010.
