- Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune NC has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for modular/systems and case goods furniture removal and installation at various locations aboard Camp Lejeune, NC and its tenant activities. The requirement is for a base period of 15 April 2010, or date of award, through 30 September 2010 with 2 one-year option periods and 1 six-month period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The estimated total period of performance is thirty-six months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238390 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. See numbered note 1. All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with instructions in the solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download via the internet: www.neco.navy.mil or fedbizopps.gov on 30 March 2010. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). For more information about registering, contact CCR regional Assistance Center 888-227-2423 or visit their website (www.ccr.gov). Offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award for this acquisition or for any future awards. As a condition of receipt of this contract award, as a result of the anticipated solicitation, the Contractor agrees to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application, called Wide Are Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). This application allows DoD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance documents electronically. This application allows for complete visibility throughout the acceptance and payment process. The web-site for registration is https://wawf.eb.mil.
