- Description
- This is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) procurement. This project is for skin patching of damaged areas on Road 42 to extend the life of the existing asphalt. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment required for this project. Contractor is to provide approximately 1,100 tons of hot asphalt concrete mix and apply in accordance with specifications. Work to be accomplished within 30 days of Notice to Proceed on or about July 1, 2010. A negotiated, firm, fixed price contract is anticipated requiring submission of a price proposal and past performance information. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted (open to all offerors) under FAR Subpart 19.10 - The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988. Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation with specifications, drawings and wage rates will be posted to the https://www.fbo.gov/ website within the next 30 days. No hard copies of the solicitation and applicable amendments will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package (Request for Quotation) and any applicable amendments, offerors must download them from the aforementioned website. Bid Bond, and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
