- RECOVERYThis solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about March 24, 2010. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Refurbish 225 Theater Seats from Paschoal Hall, Kalaupapa National Historical Park, Hawaii, Soliciation Number Q8896100017. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists of picking up crates from Honolulu barge dock, transporting to contractors work location, refurbish wood and metal theater seats (cleaning, sanding, applying varnish), recrating and transporting back to designated storage facility in Honolulu. The NAICS code for this project is 811420 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $50,00 and $100,000. This procurement is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responses are due in 30 days.
