- RECOVERYThis solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about March 24, 2010. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Accoustic Tile and Mastic Removal from Paschoal Hall, Kalaupapa National Historical Park, Hawaii, Soliciation Number N8896100016. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists of accoustic wall and ceiling tiles removal and abatement of tile mastic containing asbestos material and the off-island disposal of tiles and the mastic. This procurement is a total setaside for small business per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.502-2. The NAICS code for this project is 562910 and the small business size standard is $14.0M. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,00 and $150,000. There will be no site visit scheduled for this project. This procurement is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
