- Pre-solicitation Notice THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES in accordance with Public Law 109-461. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA786-10-RP-0118 for the following: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and supplies required Grounds Maintenance at the Beverly National Cemetery, located at 916 Bridgeboro Road, Beverly, NJ 08010. General, on-going and recurring cemetery Grounds Maintenance Services to include mowing & removal of debris /grass clippings, sweeping and/or blowing-off of roads and walkways; floral, trash & debris removal; leaf removal; daily policing of cemetery grounds to include the collection & removal of leaves, small branches & twigs, debris / trash; emptying of trash receptacles; and Snow & Ice removal to include roadways, sidewalks, building entrances, driveways & parking areas. The NAICS code is 561730. The size standard is $7 million. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with all terms, conditions of the solicitation. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 18, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., April 09, 2010. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
