- The VA Canandaigua New York Medical Center has a requirement for the special transportation (Wheelchair Van Transportation) of veteran beneficiaries of the Canandaigua VAMC and Rochester Outpatient Clinic servicing Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Yates, and Seneca counties; to include within county transportation and long distance transports from county to county. The solicitation will be posted on Fed Biz Ops on or about 3/24/2010 and proposals due on or about 4/16/2010. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business and the resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. Contract term will be for a base period of one year from time of award and four one-year options to be renewed at the unilateral decision of the government. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 485991 and the Size Standard is $7.0 Million. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
