- The National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) propose to procure a service contract for R-Axis IV SN: SD2946N; R-Axis IV++ SN: YD2674N; RUH3R SN: SD342703; to Include Haskris Chiller; Micromax 007 HF SN: DD307408; to include Haskris Chiller; Micromax 007HF ** SN: ED215905 to include Haskris Chiller from Rigaku MSC America. The service contract covering three rotating anode X-ray generators and two imaging plate X-ray diffraction detectors. Continued operation of all these equipment is essential as the X-ray laboratory is an NIDDK resource and over 30 scientists are dependent on it for their research. The service contract covers the essential maintenance needs of these X-ray instruments. However, if any other interested party believes that it can meet the requirements it may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-8501 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIHDK2010238 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is March 26, 2010. Request for copies of the RFQ must be submitted to the National Library of Medicine, 6707 Democracy Boulevard, Two Democracy Plaza, Room 700W, Bethesda, MD 20817 to the Attention: V. Lynn Griffin. FAX quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX quotations will be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address.
