- **The solicitation number for this requirement has changed to N0018910RZ053** The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Cost Plus Fixed Fee/ Firm Fixed Price contract for the acquisition of Litigation Support Services for the Naval Litigation Office, Office of General Counsel. The litigation support and automated litigation support required encompasses a wide range of services and products to help Navy attorneys acquire, organize, develop, and present evidence and legal analyses. The procurement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation N00189-10-R-Z053 will include a requirement for a one-year base period of performance commencing 14 October 2010 through 13 October 2011 and contain provisions for four (4) additional, twelve (12) month option periods. This requirement will be evaluated on a best value basis; therefore, the RFP may require the submission of cost/price, past performance, and technical capability for the consideration of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 518210 and $25.0M, respectively.
