- AMENDMENT 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer additional questions related to this solicitation that have been presented to the Contracting Officer ( questions and answers abbreviated/combined as stated but material facts and information are the same). NO FURTHER QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE ANSWERED AFTER THE POSTING OF THIS AMENDMENT. 1. Will we accept a certain number of years experience in lieu of MS Project Certification, or a certified PSP in lieu of the MS Project Certification? Answer: No 2. Has an extension to the deadline been authorized beyond March 18, 2010, and will we accept additional information at a later date? Answer: No 3. What is your mail size limit?
