- RECOVERY (ARRA) Pre-Award Notice P-3 RECOVERY (ARRA)-ARRA Roof Replacement Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse 111 S. 18 th Plaza Omaha, NE RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed action will be a modification to an 8(a) sole source contract to: Johnson Roofing & Construction Inc., 100 Queen Street, Vidalia, GA 30474. Project Control No. is INE00036. Cost range of the modification is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Federal Supply Code is Z111 and the North American Industry Classification System is 238160. ****ONLY the contractor listed is permitted to submit a proposal for this modification.****Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, funding will be released to complete the scope of work for the Energy Management Control System upgrades and Advanced Utility Metering Modifications.
