- FAR pt 12 provisions Specification SF 1449 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for "Hardware/Software upgrade for Western Currency Facility (WCF) PBX from NEC2400 to NEC SV8500". This requirement is being procured under FAR Part 12. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517310. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Please see the attached Standard Format (SF) 1449 Request for Quote (RFQ) document. All quotes shall be submitted on the attached SF 1449. See the attached specification. There will be a site visit on Wednesday March 24, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Local Time-CT) at the Western Currency Facility (WCF), 9000 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, Texas.
