- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/ The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 03/18/10, with the Response date on or around 04/01/10. This is an Indefinite Purchase Order Agreement (IDPO) with one base year and two option years. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER IS IQC10063009006, NSN: 5930-01-137-1623, SWITCH, PRESSURE, ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY: 124. UNIT OF ISSUE: EACH. PURCHASE REQUEST WILL BE SOLICITED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR PR: IQC10063009006 SWITCH, PRESSURE IF THE APPLICABLE (OEM OR MILITARY) DRAWING, SPECIFICATION, STANDARD, OR QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISION (QAP) SPECIFIES AN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY LEVEL (AQL), THE SAMPLING ACCEPTANCE NUMBER SHALL BE REDUCED TO ZERO (0). FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE ACCEPT REJECT CRITERIA IS ACCEPT ON (3) DEFECTS AND REJECT ON (4) DEFECTS, THE NEW ACCEPT REJECT CRITERIA IS ACCEPT ON (0) DEFECTS AND REJECT THE ENTIRE LOT ON (1) DEFECT. EVEN THOUGH THE ACCEPTANCE LEVEL IS ELIMINATED, THE SAMPLE SIZE REMAINS THE SAME. THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY HAS DATA ADEQUATE FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES, BUT LIMITED RIGHTS APPLY.
