- Solicitation for NSN 5865-01-112-5668, 0022706271, Oscillating Group. Omniyig, Inc. (cage: 55682), P/N 037-002446-002. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please do not submit requests to DSCR-VABA. Quantity is 7 each with a 100% Quantity Option. FOB is Destination to Robins AFB, GA. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. This is a Source Controlled Item. This requirement is unrestricted under negtiated method of procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
