Description
United States Government Seeks Leased Warehouse Space In Broward county, fl Star #: 9fl2324 **** MODIFICATION - CEILING HEIGHT **** The United States Government seeks to lease a single tenant, one story warehouse building with some office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 115,000 rentable square feet in Broward County, FL. The space should yield between 95,000 - 112,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The office portion of the space will be approximately 5,000 rentable square feet. The proposed space must meet a minimum ceiling height of between twenty-eight (28) and thirty (30) feet. The Government will require a minimum of twelve (12) dock high loading doors which can accommodate a 53 foot trailer. A minimum of one (1) oversized drive-in loading ramp is required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of Broward County FL. North: Sawgrass Express Way (869) West: Within one mile East & West of Sawgrass Expressway 869 East: Within one mile East & West of the Florida Turnpike South: W. Commercial Boulevard The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, with Government cancellation rights anytime after the firm term. The lease should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements.
