- PR: IQC10076009034 Solicitation: SPM4A7-10-R-0906 NSN: 1620-00-168-5605 Item: Landing Gear Support, AH-1 Helicopters, P/N 209-030-374-1 Estimated Annual Demand: 387 each Delivery Schedule: 349 DARO First Article Production: 92 days Contractor FAT: 120 days Government Eval: 45 days Production Units: 92 days Solicitation issue date: April 1, 2010 Solicitation closing date: May 3, 2010 This solicitation is for a source-control approved source item. The sources are: Bell Helicopters (97499), and Triumph Fabrications (3H399). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. A contractor First Article Test is required. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Minimum for the base year is 126 each, Minimum Order Quantity 1261 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity 387 each, and Maximum Contract Quantity for the base year is 543 each.
