- Appendix C Statement of Work Hydraulic Schematic Accupress Pictures Electrical Schematic Description: Purchase and installation of a new press brake guarding system for an existing Accurpress Model 725012 hydraulic press brake (which includes the removal of an existing light curtain guarding system). The new guarding system must be camera-based or laser-based and provide a 40mm wide protective zone directly below the punch. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Appendix C. Note 1 applies: This is a 100% Small Business Setaside NAICS Code: 423840 Employees: 500 Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of past performance and price. Please provide relevant past performance (current or previous contracts for same or similar effort as this requirement) during the last three years. Provide Equipment types, tasks performed, contract types. Submit your company's past performance, as a separate document, with the proposal. Limit past performance document to no more than 3 pages, single space, Times New Roman font and 12 pitch.
