- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES A solicitation document is not available Ouachita Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, Royal, AR, has the immediate need for the services of a Structure Security and Human Behavior Specialist who has an intimate knowledge of the Job Corps program, an understanding of the guidelines and expectations of the two Federal Agencies they are accountable to -- the US Forest Service and US Department of Labor – knowledge of the local area and relationships with law enforcement authorities, human behavior modeling and management assessment. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the USFS WO AQM Job Corps Support Branch, Golden, CO intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order Friday, March 19, 2010 to Kingfisher Investigative Solutions, LLC, Russellville, AR. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the WO AQM Job Corps Support Branch, via e-mail to neklimak@fs.fed.us, no later than 18 March 2010, 5:00 PM MDT.
