- Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) Industry Day This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. Marine Corps Systems Command will not assume liability for costs incurred in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. On 16 March 2010, Marine Corps System Command conducted an unclassified Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) - Pre-Solicitation Conference (Industry Day). A copy of all of the Industry Day presentations is attached. Copies of the presentations are also posted in the TFSMS documentation library web site listed below. http://www.mceits.usmc.mil/service/TFSMSLibrary/index.htm The Government invites Industry to submit questions/comments. All questions/comments shall be sent via e-mail to: mcsc_isi@usmc.mil Subject Line: REF: M67854-10-R-4750 Industry shall not provide proprietary information or any potential business strategy. The government's intent is to post a Draft SOO and a Draft RFP in late April 2010.
