- The purpose of this announcement/amendment is to cancel the Bureau of Reclamation's requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period of May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011. Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office's requirement for the provision of drilling supplies (Drill rods, subs, bits, wireline rods, wireline bits, parts for wireline systems, thin wall bits, parts compatible with Longyear, S&H,& Acker drill rigs and parts compatible with FMC and Royal Bean pumps) has been cancelled.
