- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Equipment Maintenance Contract that consists of repair servicevisits, labor, travel and parts for thermal analysis equipment. This requirement is sole sourced to TA Instruments - Waters LLC, 109 Lukens Dr., New Castle, DE 19720-2765, they are the original equipment manufacturer and the combination of service and parts required for this maintenance contract can only be provided by TA Instruments trained Service Engineers. Any firms believing that they can provide the equipment maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show that firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
