- RECOVERY - DEMOLITION OF DISCONTINUED STREAMGAGES AND CABLEWAYS In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number G10PC00071 awarded to MWE Services Inc of Lincoln, Ne. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The details of the forthcoming task order are as follows: Contract number: G10PC00071Task order number: G10PD01041Dollar value of this task order: Approximately $358,000.00Brief description: Demolish a total of nineteen (19) discontinued streamgages and cableways throughout WashingtonPlace of performance: Washington - Statewide Period of performance: Through 30 September 2010 Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by this task order will utilize funds provided by the Act. Unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, will be included.
