- MCQUAY CHILLER UPGRADE SOW_TS EMPIRE STATE The U.S. Maritime Administration intends to acquire on a sole source basis the services from McQuay Factory Service, 72 Gray's Bridge Rd., Suite A, Brookfield, CT 06804. Services include Labor, Materials, Equipment to make the necessary upgrades and repairs to the TS Empire State's existing chiller system. Parts and expertise are required from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), who holds the replacement parts and drawings, which are not readily available to other sources. This notice is not a request for proposals/quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements by emailing a Capability Statement (CS) or faxing the Contracting Officer at 757-322-5858 by 4:00 p.m. on March 23, 2010. Capability statements must include documentation establishing the ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. Interested persons should identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
