- This amendment changes the intended type of contract. The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Wiesbaden Contracting Center-Europe) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type Contract with two Time and Material Contract Line Items (CLINs) for overtime and travel expenses. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13.5, for field level maintenance/repair, storage, inventory support, and transportation and recovery of unit vehicles and equipment in support of the 7th Civil Support Commands mission. The primary work site shall be at the Equipment Storage Site-Expanded (ESS-X) located in Mannheim, Germany. The period of performance will be a one-year base period with two one-year options to extend the period of performance. The anticipated award date is 01 July 2010. Specific PWS tasks shall be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912CM-10-T-0037 to be issued on or about 01 April 2010 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. This procurement is being Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR) Part 12 and 13.5 are The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
