- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912HN-07-C-00063 Carntribe, LLC The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District plans to issue a modification using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds to revise the iso-phase bus provided for units 1-4 so that they will fit the new location for the SF6 circuit breakers on the transformer deck, Richard B. Russell, Elberton, Georgia under and existing contract no. W912HN-07-C-0063. This contract was awarded using competitive procedures which resulted in the award of fix price contract.
