- Recovery The purpose of this action is to award Task Order # 15 and obligate $63,000 to fund travel under ARRA Task Order # 14, titled "ARRA Grant Recipient Limited Onsite Reviews". The period of performance for this work is March 16, 2010 to December 31, 2010 and will be conducted at grant recipient locations in the following states: AR, CA, CT, FL, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NE, NM, NY, OH, OR, SC, SD, TX, VA, VT, NC & WA. The purpose of this requirement is to fund travel so the contractor may provide support to perform a process, design, and outcome evaluation, which will determine the extent to which the combined efforts of the two EPA Tribal set aside programs have contributed to a change in access to safe drinking water and sanitary facilities in Indian country. This work will also help ensure that EPA maintains compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING EPA CONTRACT-HOLDER THAT HAS BEEN AWARDED THE SUBJECT CONTRACT.
