- Recovery: Notice of Intent to Award Contract Modification No. PS 01 - GSA Public Building Services offers this Notice for Information Purposes Only. GSA is exercising unpriced Option One of Task Order GS-01P-01-09-BZ-5070, as cited in Section 3.1 of the scope of work, for continuing services of 8(a) IDIQ contractor: CCI Group, LLC, 111 W. 16 th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501 for Installation of Cool Roofs and other ancillary work, at the J.W. McCormack Federal Building, Boston, MA 02109-4511. This is a firm-fixed price modification awarded against a GSA 8(a) IDIQ Contract. Funding for $1,800,000 is provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
