- RECOVERY: This contract includes but is not limited to the design and reconstruction of one (1) shelter and three (3) trail bridges; repair of the existing restroom; restoration of the pond and dam to retain water; renovations to the gazebo; tree removal and planting; site drainage; and installation of an outdoor fountain/yard hydrant to resemble the Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC) era of the 1930’s when the Shawnee National Forest was established, Union, Co. Illinois. The Government Estimate is between: $100,000 and $250,000 This project will be solicited "unrestricted."
