RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912DY-08-D-0021; W912DY-08-D-0022; W912DY-08-D-0023; W912DY-08-D-0024 Unrestricted Design Build Contracts: W912DY-08-D-0021, SYSKA & Hennessy/CEM; W912DY-08-D-0022, LINC Government Services LLC; W912DY-08-D-0023, John J. Kirklin Special Projects, LLC; and W912DY-08-D-0024, J&J Maintenance Inc. The project is located in Ft. Leavenworth, KS. The scope includes converting approx 3900 sq/ft of existing Medical Laboratory space into Medical Pharmacy space on the first floor of Munson Army Health Center Bldg 343, Ft. Leavenworth, KS in accordance with Federal, State and Installation codes and laws.
