- Justification and Approval Acquisition of security systems support, on a short term, interim basis in support of the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) mission under a commercial, firm fixed price contract. A non-competitive commercial contract has been awarded to Shane Gelling Company for the period 1 April 2010 through 30 September 2010. This contract is necessary only until such time as the competitive solicitation for a follow-on contract can be completed.
