- MICC Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Next Step Publishing to provide a full color quarter page ad, in four quarterly issues, targeted by region or state throughout the United States. In addition, the automatic responder feature sends emails to high school students requesting information on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, Career Education Program (ASVAB CEP). Finally, a national lead generation feature is produced in an Excel spreadsheet format. This requirement is for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) located in North Chicago, IL. Next Step Magazine is the only publication that can reach USMEPCOMs target audience for the ASVAB Career Exploration Program. They reach approximately 569,000 college bound students five times a year. No other vendor provides the combination of advertisements, lead generation and auto response features, and has the access to career and guidance offices in high schools across the country. Comments must be received, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM, 17 March 2010. Comments may be faxed to 502-624-7165 or sent via email to dave.shuck@us.army.mil.
