- RECOVERY-Rooster Stewardship Rd. Reconstruction Recovery Task Order-THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. THIS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 "Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of 2009". The specific requirement is FAR 5.704 (a)(2). This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It is the intent of the Forest Service to issue a Task Order against an existing Blue Mtn. Tri-Forest Road Maintenance and Minor Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
