- Wage Determination 8.5 ton crane Appendix C 8.5 ton crane Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 8.5 ton crane PWS 8.5 TON CRANE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12. 6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. This is a 100% Small Buisiness Set-Aside. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to issue an award for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, and transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to lease, deliver and provide maintenance for a 30 ft (9.1m) 8.5 ton crane for the Tinker Aerospace Complex (TAC) building 9001. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award is contemplated. Please be sure to include the price listing breaking down the costs. The estimated award date is 31 March 2010. Central Contracting Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. This is anticipated to be a competitive requirement. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 532490 with a Size Standard $7.0M.
