- Performance of Work Statement (PWS) for Water Analysis Services on Dyess Air Force Base. Official Solicitation for Water Analysis Services on Dyess Air Force Base. Dyess AFB, TX intends to make a single award for the purchase of Water Analysis Services. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The award will be made to the responsible contractor who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on technically acceptable and price. This procurement will be a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 with a size standard of $5 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 16 March 2010. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may download the solicitation and fax or e-mail your quote. All prospective offerors submitting a quote must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) located at http://www.ccr.gov and complete the online representation and certification (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The contracting officen for this requirement is the 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd St., Dyess AFB, TX 79607.
