- The purpose of this modification is to change the solicitation number from W52H09-10-R-0079 to W56HZV-10-R-0283 and where the solicitation will be posted. Please be advised that the link below is the TACOM Warren Open Solicitation Page where this solicitation will now be posted. http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/CFDATA/SOL/SOL01.CFM POC is still Nichole Segura 309-782-0517, nichole.segura@us.army.mil SPARE PARTS KIT QTY: 65 each NSN: 5410-01-490-9658 P/N: PL5-4-7134-1. FOB is DESTINATION. The proposed contract will be set aside for small business, 2-year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Spare Parts Kit provides spare/repair parts for use in the Air Beam Shelter portion of the M8 Chemical Biological Protective Shelter (CBPS). A First Article Test is required. Estimated issue date is 24-Feb-2010. The kit consists of a carrying case stocked with items including heat sealable replacement windows, tent line slips, quick disconnects, flexible tubing, elbows, cords, magnetic door catches, bell timers, (assemblies, dials and knobs), buckles, snap hooks and both incandescent and halogen replacement lamp bulbs. The kit is produced, marked and packaged in accordance with the government supplied technical data package as amended by the solicitation/contract Section C and other applicable contract clauses. TDP will be available on the Internet. Contractor has to be registered in the Joint Certification Program (Export Control) in order to access the TDP. Contractors must be certified to have EXPORT CONTROL TDP access. To be registered or to re-register please select the DD Form 2345 link; (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/CFDATA/SOL/SOL01.CFM CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
