- Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ: JFK10Q00023. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible offeror. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts intends to award one purchase order for the following: CLIN0001 - ETC Selador Palletta SELPA42 42" LED strip-light fixture, 12 each; CLIN0002 - Phillips Colorblaze 42" LED Strip-light, 3each - For questions regarding this solicitation, please e-mail: pdmillbrook-young@kennedy-center.org.
