- Web Hosting Draft SLA Web Hosting Draft SOW Web Management & Development Draft SOW Draft SOW Notice The purpose of this notice is to obtain industry feedback on the draft statements of work (SOW), availability of providers and to determine interest in participation before a potential Request for Proposal (RFP) is released for the required services. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year and four option periods of one year duration each. Please open the attached pdf document titled, "Draft SOW Notice" for details regarding this announcement. Respondents are requested to review the two SOWs and SLA,and then submit their responses to the FDA point of contact by the response date.
