- Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA, intends to acquire 3 set each of this Throtle Replacement System, through sole source negotiations with Prime Movers Controls, of Canada. These items will be produced in accordance with specifications, drawings and shall be subject to quality assurance inspections. This procurement is a Firm Fixed-Price order which will be issued using Simplified Acquistion Procedures. See Note 22
