- The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (LSCDVAMC), 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio, 44141 anticipates soliciting sources and consequently awarding a Purchase Order for Medical Equipment known as Vigileo Monitor. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 13 will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures therein.
