- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of repair and maintenance of 2.0 miles of recreation trails, including patching, reconstructing or overlaying tread, repair/maintenance of drainage structures, installing/repair handrails, and clearing trailway vegetation. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located on the El Yunque National Forest in northeastern Puerto Rico. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $100,000 and $250,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0574 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an IFB and will be available for downloading on or about March 31, 2010 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT, HTTP://WWW.CCR.GOV/
