- RFQ-IAF-10-0006 The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) is soliciting for a Contractor to teach Brazilian Portuguese at the entry, intermediate and advance levels to the IAF staff and interns at the IAF headquarters in Arlington, VA. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
